2024 Testimonials
"This retreat nailed every last detail. The food, the location, the excursions, the YOGA, the down time, seriously EVERYTHING was well thought out and curated to be such a delicious experience. I can’t thank Hope and Mariah enough for creating such an impactful and memorable experience. I won’t be missing any of their future retreats, I know that for sure!!" - Anonymous
"I've already had a few friends ask about when you all are planning you're next retreat! It was a wonderful experience that I'd recommend to anyone with an open mind looking for a chance to improve their yoga and meditation practice. I thought the key was having a group willing to engage and be vulnerable with each other and you two as instructors did an excellent job facilitating and encouraging that openness."
"I can’t thank y’all enough for putting on, organizing, and bringing all of us together. I am excited to hear about future retreats and getting together again" - Isach
"This retreat was the most incredible experience I have ever been a part of. I saw a part of the world I've always dreamed about and got to experience it in such a unique way. Sunrise yoga on the Aegean Sea is a memory that fuels my practice every morning. The food that they had catered in felt good to put into my body and I was amazed that even the catering was mindful. The people that I got to know are the most precious friendships I have ever formed. Hope and Mariah gave us all such a unique and beautiful moment in time to reconnect to ourselves and appreciate how wonderful life can be. I cannot wait to go on another retreat with the both of them" ❤️ - Holly
